NMR tube holder (20 tubes)

This is a simple holder for NMR tubes. It can hold up to 20 standard NMR tubes with 5 mm diameter. I recommend printing it with a wide nozzle (0.8 mm) for faster print time. No support is necessary! You can print in PLA, which has a decent resistance against most solvents, but it is extremely soluble in chlorinated solvents, especially CDCl3. For this reason, the recommended material is <b>polypropylene (PP)</b> which is resistant to pretty much every solvent you can throw at it. However, since PP has a strong tendency to warp and doesn't stick to most other buildplate materials, it is quite annoying to print. Here are some tips: - Put PP tape on your buildplate for adhesion (standard "Tesa" packing tape is usually made from PP). - Use a brim as large as possible. - Try to enclose your 3D printer with some material to create an enclosed build space. For Ultimaker 2+, you can close the front with aluminium foil, or buy a front door. https://ultimaker.com/de/learn/beginners-guide-to-3d-printing-with-pp
