No-sew 1 inch Webbing Adjuster

One of the plastic webbing adjusters on my a piece of my canoe pack broke. I could buy a replacement, but the webbing was sewn in such that I'd have to replace it I'd have to cut the webbing stitches that were also sewn into the flotation pocket. That would have been a huge project requiring taking out out the flotation pocket seam, removing the foam, resewing the webbing, and reassembling. To avoid that work, I made this thing instead. The "sew-in" webbing loop is held into the buckle by a strong glued connection. I made it extra chunky to be strong and to have plenty of surface area for gluing. Printing: This is printed in PLA with 70% infill There is zero clearance in the STL between the pin and hole, so the pin was printed 3% undersize to allow assembly. Some minor sanding was still required to get it to fit. The pin was glued to the body on the base and tip of the shaft as well as underneath the little mushroom head using Gorilla brand "Brush and Nozzle Super Glue". To test it, I suspended over 100 pounds from the strap and adjuster. That's good enough for me, but your print might be different. IMPORTANT: This is not qualified for critical life support equipment and should not be used where a failure could cause injury. (example: climbing equipment) Don't bet your life or the life of others on my (lack of) design skill or your printing ability.
