NodeMCU v0.9 OLED case

This is a remix of the MQTT message terminal, which shall have enough space for a NodeMCU v0.9 (31mm*47mm). I used a 128x64 OLED display and this software: http://blog.squix.ch/2015/05/esp8266-projects-internet-connected.html There are 4 pins, which hold the display in place. I just added a little bit of hot glue.
