I used 6x3mm neodymium magnets, stacked 2 deep in each hole to hold the nozzle into the spindle mount. This adapter was designed to be used with an Atrix Omega Supreme HEPA Vacuum Clean Room Fine Particle Vac. I imagine other vaccums would work with it but may require changing the diameters of the parts so the hose will connect. I printed the Top Clamp and Spindle Mount on an Ultimaker 3 in Ultimaker Tough PLA at 60% and support turned on but default settings other than that. The Spindle Mount is a friction fit around the spindle so it might be best to avoid straight PLA depending on how warm your spindle gets. The Top Clamp and Spindle Mount are held together with 2 M6x30mm Socket Cap screws (I believe the hardware that comes with the Nomad is M6 with the M4 hex head, so if you can find that in 30mm it saves keeping an extra hex driver around your machine). The nozzle was printed on an Original Prusa Mini in eSUN PLA+ at 15% infill and the defaults for the 0.07mm UltraFine detail and supports turned on. This was designed to collect PCB dust when milling PCBs, but I make no claims as to the suitability or effectiveness for this or any other use. This clamps onto the CNC mill and can affect clearances and may damage the machine, or may cause damage as the machine is in use. It's also possible that having this on reduces passive cooling of the spindle which might reduce its life, use at your own risk. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
