Originally the bed of the NoName is very rigid and stiff as it is mounted with four long LMK10UU linear bearings on four linear rods (-> over constrained) and driven by two independent Z spindles. As it is often not very easy to synchronize the two Z spindles one could perform the Z_Tilt when running Klipper. However due to the rigidity of the bed mounting the process of Z_Tilt might bind the bearings or slightly bend the linear rods causing Z artefacts. If you are additionally using some kind of Wobble wings those might become open during the tilting process. Thatswhy I designed those hinges to allow tilting of the bed. Additionally one side of the hinges will be "floating" when used the slotted upper part to compensate for the changing linear rod distance when the bed is tilted or if the rods are not perfectly perpendicular. Those hinges require the new cable chain mount available here as well. Screw list: - upper hinge part to lower hinge part: 2 * M3x16 (M3x15 work as well) - screwed into the lower part but loose in the upper part - LMK10UU to lower part: 4* M4x10 - bed mount to upper part: 4 * M4x12
