This is a cover for the nooelec ham it up upconverter if your version has no holes for the noise source. You just need to connect the two enable (EN) pins together and add a sma port. This cover should fit most sma plugs that are on the same height as the other one. If your hole is somewhere else, you can edit the freecad model.
