Nooelec SAWbird+ 2m case

This is a remix of Nooelec SAWbird+ GOES case by mucsb. I adopted it for SAWbird+ 2m which is just a bit longer. In addition I added following changes: - front/back cover are thinner so shorter USB plugs fits easier - a pinhole for "power on" LED - embossed "IN" and "OUT" descriptions on front/back cover I printed in ABS, assembled with 2x7mm self-tapping screws. I also created a separate version of the case which has an opening for 29x20mm heatsink (for example SK0920SA). This version of case bit lower to allow more heatsink to stick out to allow more airflow. Note: Heatsink version was not tested with real print/
