Norco RPC-4224 cable guide

Replacement for the flimsy plastic cable guides on the sides of the Norco RPC-4224 server case. One of mine broke off when doing some maintenance so I designed a quick replacement. I believe you should be able to mirror this part for the opposite side. These guides are critical in ensuring that the cables inside them don't snag on the rack when racking the case in and out on rails. I designed this with fairly loose tolerances as it isn't mechanical and a little bit of slop ensures it should fit well with variances in manufacturing. Radius on the rear end is close but not exact. I didn't take any measurements for it, I just winged it.
