I Owned a NordicTrack treadmill, but it was almost impossible to find a replacement wheel for it that didn't cost $10+ so I designed one using TinkerCad. I used 50% infill to add structural support and it works just fine in my opinion. I also used the stock bolt/nut that came with the treadmill.
