North Construction helmet Covid-19 mask and visor attachment

Covid-19 Construction helmet add on Hi All, so this design is for me but decided to share it includes the step file to customize. I am new to fusion 360 so many people that know a lot more may look at this as bad work. I know of a few things that need work and this is a major work in progress. Decided I would share the work in progress. I plan to make it a full helmet as well eventually so can use instead of a mask. the fans and wiring and such still need to be designed and will run off 12v to keep the built in visor defogged and the exhaust fan venting the moisture and such. it will include over time lights and speaker and microphone. may also include a FRS radio with push to talk. the filters fill be 5 layer carbon filters from amazon 50 pack for about $20cdn will ad links once developed output will be cotton pre filters used for the 6800 respirators. to protect you and others. the design needs to be narrow due to the work i do so yes it looks like a lego man helmet .. will upload early prototype pictures as well. this will be sealed to the helmet. as for printing resolution and filament for the prototype .3mm 10% infill PLA expected quality .15mm 35-50% infill PLA or Petg or Hips (hips due to its actual amazing qualities) visor will need to be made separately plan to use plexi and am designing a molding system that doesn't require vacuum forming i am actually going to use 3d printing tech to be able to make clear perfect visors to size. the molds will be the hardest parts. stay tuned as i have to develop[p it for this .. I may use existing visors to get this up and running sooner. any ideas or input or remakes are welcome its why included the step file. this is a work in progress it is to be able to replace my cloth mask and safety glasses and to eventually have forced air input and output. 12v. filtered both directions. wiring and such to come. the prototype uses Print OXe Orange PLA .3mm 10% infill supports - bed only not everywhere plan on foam padding inside for warmth and padding
