Automatic yarn winders a bit too complicated to construct? Try a Nostepinne! It's a simple tool for hand-winding a skein of yarn into a ball or cake. Search YouTube for instructional videos of how to use a Nostepinne. I've included two designs of top depending upon where you prefer to secure the beginning of the yarn. Note: The smallest of the three pieces goes inside the other two in order to connect them together. Check your slicer or printer settings so that it does note add fill material to the hole in either of the two large parts. (Thanks @NicCanDance for this tip)
