Notecase for Pixel 2 XL

A Pixel 2 XL case with a slot for a [small pen](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017UXPOA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) on the side and a pane on the back to hold paper. Designed for quick capture, so that you can make notes or sketches on the go without having to mess with apps. Cut a 3x5 card in half and insert it down through the larger cut-out on the back until the smaller cut-out holds it in place. The OpenSCAD file contains code for three different ways to lock the pen in place. I found that the simplest method ("FRICTION") works best.
