By request, sharing my extraction of just the star of Nova's helmet using Blender. Long-term plan is to slice the original helmet using Blender for nicely fitting prints. First attempt is obviously very rough. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: ~15% Notes: Two shortest star points did not have their supports generated properly in Cura. YMMV. How I Designed This I used Blender to attempt to delete the main helmet, leaving just the Nova Corps star.
