Nova Pro Compact Precision Belted Extruder - With Taz Mount

This project has been replaced by the new version 2.0 variant here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2169219 The Nova Pro extruder is a new lightweight belted design with an extremely short distance between the hobbed section and the hotend. This is the alpha revision, some things will likely change. This is an evolution of Belted Wade style extruders, reworked to accept a bondtech dual hobbed gear set, with a flip down idler. it is lighter than a stock Taz 6 extruder by about 10% assuming identical motors, can extrude standard and flexible fillaments interchangably, uses an E3DV6, and the mount plate kind of looks like a rocket! There is a lower fan shroud in the works. There will also be a left hand variant of this extruder for use with a future dual extruder setup. Instructions, parts lists, etc are in the works. Enjoy! I've also uploaded the first of quite a few toolhead "nameplates" so you can identify multiple extruders (Example: E3Dv6 5.00mm, or Extruder 1, or Extruder A, etc.) Next up I need to finish building the E3DV6 hotend and get the wiring finished. At that point i'll take the pictures for the assembly document, etc. There is a new base mount file uploaded the Taz (Revision 1.1a) that is required if you want to fit the duct pieces. You can also just lop off the end of the 1.0a revision if you already printed it, as that is the only change. I'm not sure i'm 100% happy with the side ducts yet, they may change slightly depending on how they perform. Update 2: Step files uploaded by request.
