I am absolutely thrilled with this nozzle cooler for my PowerSpec 3D Pro. However, I encountered a challenge when using aluminum carriages - the duct would hang lower than my nozzle. To resolve this issue, I modified the duct part to be thinner. In doing so, I inadvertently reduced air flow. To rectify this, I adjusted the fan position by moving it slightly back and tilting it. This modification should be compatible with any Replicator 2x clone, including CTC, PowerSpec, FlashForge, and more. REV_1.0: Change: Duct thinned, fan moved back Result: Air flow was not as good as the original design but better than the first iteration. REV_1.5: Change: Duct thinned, fan moved back, and tilted 70 degrees Result: Air flow improved significantly compared to the previous version. REV_2.0: Change: Fan moved back further than REV_1.0 Result: Airflow was restored to its original performance level. Print Settings: Printer Brand: PowerSpec Printer: PowerSpec 3D Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 80% Notes: I could have printed with less infill than I did. It's highly recommended to avoid using supports as they are extremely difficult to remove. This print is particularly challenging without a cooling fan. To achieve the best results, I recommend printing this nozzle cooler twice - once for installation and again for optimal performance.
