Well, holding it with your fingers is both stressful and painful, while using pliers may damage the threads on the nozzle. </p><p>Just screw the nozzle into that little handle and keep your fingers safe while working on it. </p><p>(For even smoother threads you could print this in 0.15 layer height, but it works perfectly after initially screwing a nozzle in and out with a tool)</p><p> </p>
