[NSFW] Measuring tools for the Parametric Chastity Cage

These are the measuring tools I use to determine the parameters for the [parametric chastity cage](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3082083). They're a lot easier to print and use than making dozens of cages to find one that fits. The "length" parameter, for example, is a little different than you'd expect, since it's measured from the base of the *cage* module, not the base of the *penis*.
