After a while the high efficient floor nozzles (also called free-flow) floor nozzles of the Numatic Henry (HRV-160, HRV-170 and so on) fall off. The wheel itself is pretty fine, but there is a little shim inside which wears down easily. I created a replacement part which works better than the original. Also attached is the fusion 360 archive file, where you can change the diameters in sketch to perfectly match your printer and material. All values inside the sketch have added or substracted 0.30 mm of the perfect sizing to compensate printing effects. Update to V2: After 3 month of usage, I saw a few issues with the sizes. So I made a V2 version, which has tighter tolerances. This one sits tight! You need a little plastic hammer or wood block to get both the shim and the wheel on. But after that, it's better than the original one.
