I upcycled my old german moped number plate by using it as a heatsink / mounting plate for a LED light mounted to an IKEA Kallax. The LED is a sumbulbs 94x50mm 12V COBhttps://www.aliexpress.com/item/10pcs-50-7mm-3W-5W-COB-bar-wall-desk-lamp-lighting-source-LED-chip-on-board/32722604378.html I used a 12V power adapter but it run a little hot. Since I don't had a current limiter at hand I used a diode to drop the Voltage by 0.6V. The number plate with is 107.6mm but it could be scaled in X to accommodate different sizes. The front part is printed bottom down. To make the impossible overhang work without support add a pause into the .gcode at 3mm ( M25 ). When the printer pauses insert the number plate and press continue. The back part is printed on the side (no support needed)
