I designed these to have 1.6mm walls a multiple of .4mm nozzle size, my printer has no trouble printing .8mm walls on a .4mm nozzle so 2 passes on the walls, your mileage may very. If you cant print them at .8mm walls you can do 4 walls at .4 Some setups should be able to do 1.6 in a single wall if you turn the speed down low enough, Ill do some testing and see if I can make it work. If you scale the boxes in the slicer you will need to play around with wall thickness settings. Bottom is .8mm thick so 4 layers at .2mm, the filleted edge should give very good part adhesion between the bottom and the sides but adds some print time.
