I wanted to use a lead-screw so had to create a new nut-lock for the lead-screw nut. I've used a TR8x1,5 leadscrew and corresponding nut for it. Blue and Black part The blue prints here are the non-reinforced while the black prints are with a bit thicker walls. Nut sits a bit higher in black part (0,3mm) If the nut is not flush with the edges of the print you need to either sink it in some, or print a tiny spacer to make it flush. Print Settings Printer: JennyPrinter Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,23 Infill: 70 Notes: You want to use 0,23 layerheigh to make it as accurate as possible for "base" for the nut. I used 0,4mm nozzle. 3 perimeters. I printed in both PLA (blue) and ABS (black). Make sure to take into account any shrinkage your ABS might do. Post-Printing Cleanup You might need to cleanup that guide-tap at the top of the print. You can use a wide flat-headed screwdriver to force the two "halves" apart to easier slide the nut in place if needed. How I Designed This I just edited the file in Tinkercad
