Saw this great idea on Reddit here: https://www.reddit.com/r/functionalprint/comments/j58rvf/3d_printed_hardware_sorting_screens_to_sort_nuts/ I got into a discussion with the OP about using Fusion to design a sorting grid and thought I'd have a go. Fusion file is there - just change the dimension on the first sketch (Original Hex) to suit the size of the nut you are sorting (10mm = 16mm flat-to-flat; M6 = 10mm flat-to-flat etc) I have allowed a little margin of about 0.4mm. You can also change the name to suit - under the Name sketch. eg 12mm nut. I think its best to use 2 digits for the size - 06mm nut, otherwise the name might get messed up. I've based the widths on 1.6mm which is a multiple of 0.4mm for the nozzle. I haven't tried this yet so where the hex shapes touch the wall, it might be a bit weak because they are only 1.6mm thick, while the rest is 3.2mm thick.
