NOTE: There's someone that is harassing me for his lack of knowledge and I reported him to MakerBot. But this have to stop so I've been thinking on take off this Thing from Thingiverse... Anyway... Thanks to ALL the peoples who downloaded and use regularly this LIBRARY. Thanks to everyone who make constructive comments and to everyone who makes a derivative Thing out of my Library. That's an'old piece of code. Four years have been passed, and downloads doesn't stop. __THANK YOU <3__ A quite simple OpenSCAD library. EDIT2: Hi again. Added a new bolt type. Next version will include Customizer version. I swear. EDIT: Hello there, I'm on vacation but still working on this library. Turned to version 1.91 from the v0.9 published before. I included the "threads.scad" lib directly into mine library to make it easier to work with. I've added a lot of features, and a new module called washer(). Cleaned up a little the code and commented some lines, but not everything, sorry. Added a disclaimer, some examples for EVERY module and a full rendering of any bit you can create with this library and OpenSCAD. Just to remind you, thanks to Dan Kirshner, threads created with its and mine library are mechanically correct and adhere to the ANSI and ISO standards. Next version will support MakerBot Customizer and some new module bits. Anyway, take a look at the code to learn how to make perfects nuts and bolts that will flawlessly fit in to your own designs. It gives you the ability to create nuts, bolts and grubs with metric and imperial pitches and measures. IF U SELECT IMPERIAL U HAVE TO PUT NUMBERS IN THE IMPERIAL WAY (EG 1/8, 3/8) and not mixing types in the variables. Examples in the SCAD file. Use it your way, but if u modify the code you HAVE to leave my copyright AS IT IS as mentioned in the GPL3 licence.
