NXT Motor Drive to Tetrix Hub connector

NXT Motor Drive to Tetrix Hub connector

thingiverse

Fairly securely connects a LEGO NXT Motor to a Tetrix axle hub, which can be used to connect Tetrix gears, sprockets, and channels. Uses standard technic pins and tetrix screws and nuts. Prints flat without supports. Reasonably secure (as secure as 4 technic pins can be), but conceivably could be knocked off by a very hard shot from an opposing FTC robot, so you might want to use an axle through the hub and secure the opposite end with a bushing and another Tetrix channel if you're concerned about combat-readiness. Instructions Print flat. Install screws through the part first and into the hub or other Tetrix part. Then insert technic pins into NXT motor and attach. Can be a tricky print since the spacing between the screw holes and the pin holes is quite small, but surprisingly it printed fine and seems strong.
