This is a left/right agnostic hard drive (HDD) rail for a 3.5" hard drive. It should fit hard drive cages that are narrower than many other rails I've found, and was designed with an old 2004 NZXT PC case's HDD cage in mind (as I got the case secondhand and it was missing its rails.) Hope this helps fellow PC builders with their projects as much as it has mine. Enjoy.
