O-Light S1R Baton Flashlight Mount Picatinny

This is a picatinny rail mount for a O-Light S1R Baton flashlight. Hardware required for assembly: X2 M2x8 Screw X1 M2x12 Screw X1 M2 Threaded Insert X2 M2 Nut -Install M2 Brass insert into slot on retaining pin component. -Install Mount on Picatinny rail (with retaining pin channel alligned with one of the picatinny channels) -Install Retaining Pin into it's channel on the mount (brass insert side first) -Insert M2x12 Screw into the side of the mount and tighten it to lock the Retaining Pin in place. -Remove cap from Olight S1R and slide flashlight into mount. -Reinstall cap from Olight, Insert X2 M2x8 Screws and tighten them using the appropriate X2 M2 Nuts. **Do NOT over tighten M2x8 Nuts. Snug them down until radial movement of the flashlight is constrained and apply blue locktite if desired. * Print the Mount standing up. * Print the Retaining Pin laying down (with the M2 Insert channel facing upwards) Print the Retaining pin SLOW! Best Results with 100% infill.
