Rest the O-Ring on the steps to find the inner diameter, slot it into the side for the cord diameter. 22-2 mm inner diameter (1 mm steps) 3-1mm cord diameter (0.5mm steps) sizes marked on the gauge. Can be used for jewellery rings also, convert ring size online.
