Oakley Jury Temple Piece

Replacement Temple piece for Oakley Jury sunglasses. This piece is known to break so I designed this is Solidworks so the community can fix these one of a kind Oakley's! I printed it in PLA at 0.08mm resolution but 0.1mm should work. I also printed a set in PETG and they worked just as well. There will be some minor trimming need on the back by the screws and a little on the piece the slides into the frames. Be careful when you put the screw pin through the top of the frame through this piece. You will want to make sure it is going in straight and lining up with the pocket in the frame. I simply tapped the threaded hinge pole with some needle nose pliers as I rocked the temple back and forth until it seated all the way, then screwed the hinge pole in. If you are not careful here you risk stripping the threads in the frame. Lastly, there will be some minor trimming on the poles that slide into the front of the temple. Sanding should work here as well, I used some side cutters and just brought them down a little. Share and fix all those Jury's out there. I will be offering them on my Etsy account, and please do not try and sell these. I worked hard to make these work and if you would like to purchase some please get them from my Etsy shop, otherwise print like crazy! RedDotWonders.Etsy.Com
