This is modeled off Blaine Ott's obi Wan lightsaber uploaded here on 2012. This is a shell model that can be printed in SLS or FDM printer. It has a number of parts and requires glue to assemble. It prints in multiple parts so painting can be done before assemble. There is a couple CAD renders and some photo's of my finished model. It will have working LED lights soon. 3mm diameter LEDs.
