I modeled this whistle after the Acme oblong dog whistles. I have printed and tested the tones. The 210.5 is the highest pitch, quietest and probably the best for indoor or close work. The 212 is very loud. I have included the scad file and you are welcome to customize the file to create the right length and pitch for you. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rework Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 100% Notes: I recommend a cooling fan even for ABS. I didn't use a raft, but you are welcome to use one if you see fit.
