Print it, turn and see what happens. Simple planetary gear that is obscured when turning. If turning in one direction it will at some point go back to normal but it takes a lot of turns. Not sur how many. If someone counts please post in the comments. If the clearance is to large you can scale it down to 80% or write me a message and I will upload nother version with less clearance.
