This are parts to enable mounting an adjustable platform to the vertical piping of an Obutto home cockpit. Used in this instance to mount an Orbweaver next to a throttle, made for Star Citizen so one can use proper flight and FPS inputs at the same time and transition blindly between them, very well suited for VR. When not in use, simply pull out platform upwards and the rest of the assembly can be stuck under the Warthog throttle platform. Depending on printer's precision (or lack thereof) it may be necessary to tidy up the hole where the platform goes through, it is an intentionally tight fit.
