[Turnaround and Expression Reel Gifs on Tumblr] | [On DeviantArt] Aaaaa, this project took forever. Making his hair out of continuous topology was A Mistake. This is an original character of mine. His formal name is Rn418 and his casual name is Rayner. He’s a robot. I’m still new to 3D modeling, and one problem I keep having is that I’m learning faster than I can progress through projects. So I either have to redo stuff several times or live with my mistakes. I chose to live with my mistakes on his hair, and it bit me in the ass in several ways. :’D Sadly, I couldn’t get the emission materials to work in Sketchfab… His eyes, the red parts on his antenna, and the power symbol on the back of his neck are supposed to glow. Maybe I’ll figure out how to get it to work later. I’m eager to move on to my next project and apply all that I learned from this one!
