THIS USES A 16T TOOTHED IDLER PULLEY SET UP AND NOT THE STOCK PRUSA 20T SMOOTH IDLER PULLEY!!!! YOU WILL NEED TO MODIFY YOUR Y-IDLER WITH A NEW 16T TOOTHED PULLEY FOR THIS AS WELL. Ever notice that the Y-Idler is larger than the stepper gear? Well, it is, and it causes torque on the belt. This design removes the 20T smooth Idler and replaces it with a 16T Toothed Pulley that accurately matches the stepper gear. Torque is eliminated and the belt is now in a 1:1. Now that the Idler is toothed, it will also prevent any belt slippage. This makes for a very smooth printer!! Thanks. Jon
