this box is of my own design. the DXF file has been fixed in regards to the tongue and groove joint to provide a zero clearance fit. at least on my laser. yours may be different based on the kerf size your laser cuts. designed for 1/8 birch ply. measures 6.5" across the flats of the hex and 2.625" tall.
