Octave Spool Holder Version 1.0

To save on costs, I bought plastic from Octave on Amazon, which offers various colors at reasonable prices. However, upon receiving the order, I discovered that the spool was designed differently compared to the MakerBot one; it was thicker and had a smaller hole. Consequently, I decided to create my own holder based on the original MakerBot design but tailored for Octave's spool. Although the design is a work in progress (version 1), it should accurately match the size needed. The Octave spools are wider than the MakerBot ones, so note that difference. To ensure durability, I printed my holder with a vertical strength focus and a 50% fill rate. Due to its length, there was some warping during printing, which required post-processing sanding to achieve a loose fit for smooth spool rotation using a dremel tool. To minimize sanding needs, try preventing warping during printing. Future improvements could include adding more tolerance and adjusting the design to prevent potential rubbing between the holder and MakerBot.
