It should not require supports or a raft. The whole figure can be printed on one bed. I've made it successfully in SLA without supports. You may need to sand the bottoms of the feet to get the the figure to stand. On older FDM printers, you may want to print the torso with a small raft to ensure a flat surface for gluing the legs.
