Octopus Book Ends

Octopus Book Ends

Trying something different. Octopus bookend - but the tentacles look as if they come out through the sides of the books and back. All the parts are separate the largest being the main body - everything to do with the octopus will need supports, the holders can be printed flat on the bed. All parts would need to be glued together in their specific holes. I intend on only printing the octopus and glueing him onto acrylic sheets (stuck together to form an L that will be the actual part that holds up the books) and if you intend on doing the same with wood etc, there is a file called maintentacleholder - you would need to print this and glue the tentacles onto it - then you wouldnt need to print the fullend files (fullend1,2,bottom1,bottom2) - these are intended for if you dont want to use other material and would rather print the entire bookend, in which case then you dont need to print the maintentacleholder file as this is in fullend1. In the rendered images there isn't the L bracket the holds up the books.
