I really liked notcolinforreal's design, but I never felt like my phone was very secure on the stand and it fell down easily. I added some 1 cm wide notches for a phone and made the base slightly thicker. I recommend using a build surface that ISN'T too sticky. Glue stick is probably too much, and model can easily break if you aren't careful removing from plate.
