BOM: koss porta pro replacement drivers (7$ from ali) headgears double cable replacement (1,5$ from ali or scraped from old chap headgear) printed parts (from PETG od ABS +-70g = 1.5$) Adjustable Welding Welder Mask Headband (3,6$ from ali) Replacement Headband Headset Cushion Pad For Sennheiser HD201 (0,7$) 30mm velcros tape (1m for 2$ from ali) 2x black rubber band (0,01$) 2x M3x20 imbus + 2x m3 nylock (0,02$) Overal proce for mod parts is +-15$. btw completed headgear mod perfectly fits into: Storage Box Portable Carrying Bag Eva Protect Case For Htc Vive for 20$
