A new head strap design that only requires some screws (no bearings or anything special like that). You will need 11 m3 screws about 10 mm long and a bit of glue (you can also do it with 3 screw and a bit more glue). Just follow the picture and you will be fine =) For the best results print the ratchet and the bands in ABS or PETG it will work in PLA but it can be a little stiff. All the other parts can be printed in any material and it won't make much difference.
