Edit: I uploaded a video to help with assembly: https://youtu.be/JlLFE3ILwcA The idea behind this is to take this [racheting mechanism design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4680804) and modify it to be easy to assemble with 4 zipties instead of 12 M3x12mm screws. I plan on adding more detailed instructions as I test more. I have a list of the settings for each item I've printed: <table> <tr> <th>Item</th> <th>Infill</th> <th>Layer Height (mm)</th> <th># of Walls</th> <th>Quantity</th> <th>Weight (grams)</th> <th>Supports</th> <th>Time to print (minutes)</th> </tr> <tr> <td>Rachet Clicker</td> <td>100%</td> <td>0.1</td> <td>Any</td> <td>1</td> <td>2</td> <td>None</td> <td>17</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Rachet Clicker</td> <td>25% and 100%</td> <td>0.1</td> <td>2</td> <td>1</td> <td>7</td> <td>None</td> <td>72</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Spur Gear</td> <td>100%</td> <td>0.1</td> <td>Any</td> <td>1</td> <td>1</td> <td>None</td> <td>20</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Strap</td> <td>100%</td> <td>0.1</td> <td>Any</td> <td>2</td> <td>11</td> <td>None</td> <td>76</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Back of Head Connector</td> <td>15%</td> <td>0.1</td> <td>3</td> <td>1</td> <td>7</td> <td>None</td> <td>90</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Peg Piece</td> <td>15%</td> <td>0.1</td> <td>2</td> <td>1</td> <td>5</td> <td>None</td> <td>52</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Strap Guide Left</td> <td>N/A</td> <td>0.2</td> <td>2</td> <td>1</td> <td>3</td> <td>None</td> <td>17</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Strap Guide Right</td> <td>N/A</td> <td>0.2</td> <td>2</td> <td>1</td> <td>3</td> <td>None</td> <td>17</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Rachet Body Jagged</td> <td>15%</td> <td>0.1</td> <td>2</td> <td>1</td> <td>9</td> <td>None</td> <td>69</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Rachet Body Smooth</td> <td>15%</td> <td>0.2</td> <td>2</td> <td>1</td> <td>8</td> <td>None</td> <td>40</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Head Rest</td> <td>15%</td> <td>0.2</td> <td>2</td> <td>1</td> <td>45</td> <td>On build plate only</td> <td>227</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Strap Adapter Left</td> <td>15%</td> <td>0.15</td> <td>2</td> <td>1</td> <td>10</td> <td>None</td> <td>53</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Strap Adapter Right</td> <td>15%</td> <td>0.15</td> <td>2</td> <td>1</td> <td>10</td> <td>None</td> <td>53</td> </tr> </table> NOTE: For the Rachet Shaft and Handle, I have 100% infill for the shaft and 25% infill for the handle, which requires having the infill change part way through the print. If you don't want to do that, you could instead print the shaft and handle separately and connect the two like [the original design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4680804) describes. Total weight is about 115g, so it's a pretty cheap project!
