The lens adapter made by jegstad is excellent, but the tabs on the bottom don't work with VR Cover. The bottom ledge on VR Cover is wider and at a different angle than the original CV1, so the adapter doesn't snap into place. My design isolated the tabs, tweaked the angle, and widened them to better fit. UPDATE: Lenses arrived today and they work great. I have a high prescription (-7) so I used the thinner option (I think it was 1.6, not the super high-index but not the thick ones either. The lenses are difficult to pop into the frame, I used a heat gun to soften the plastic and it was much easier after that.
