Warning: Still a work in progress. There is an issue with the right earphone, which allows it to slide down on the pivot. Does not effect the function when wearing the headset though. I do plan to update the design have a neater design, fix some tolerances and add some cable management features. Oculus Rift S headphone mounts for Sennheiser HD 25II headphones ($150). These are excellent sounding headphones with great passive noise isolation. This was made using an old pair of Sennheiser HD 25II headphones that I had. Installation is simple, just remove the screw from headband pivot and remount to the printed brackets. No additional parts needed. The headphones I used had a 1.5m cable and right angle connection, be aware that there are different models with a longer straight cable which will need some modding to fit neatly.
