Oculus Touch - Beat Saber - Single & Dual Saber

This is a dual saber for the game Beat Saber. It's designed by using the original 3D CAD files for the Oculus Touch Controller provided by Oculus (https://developer.oculus.com/distribute/latest/concepts/accessories-guidelines/). The holders have a clearance of 0.3 mm to the Touch Controllers which can be clamped with an M3 srew, 2 washers and an M3 nut. I used an HT pipe with an outer diameter of 40 mm and a wall thickness of 1.8 mm to connect the two holders for the left and the right controller. The holders fit nicely into the pipe and can be finally secured with some sort of superglue. For security reasons I drilled two holes on each side of the pipe (first hole 4 cm from each end of the pipe and the second hole another 2 cm away) to tie the hand strap directly to the saber handle. For the holes I used a drill with a diameter of 10.5 mm. After a few tests I can say the saber is very solid. Single version: The single version is made exactly like the dual version. Additionally the pipe is wrapped with a red and blue tennis grip tape. UPDATE: I made another version of the holder for a 1.5 inch PVC pipe. I haven't tested this version so please let me know in the comments if you were able to test it successfully.
