This is a setup for the game Warplanes on Oculus Quest 2. The flight stick alone works great for Warplanes: WWI, but the throttle is not as useful because you have to use your flare gun and drop bombs. I think the throttle will work better in Warplanes: Battles over Pacific. The parts are connected by a two-foot 1.25'' PVC pipe with some athletic tape wrapped around the 3D printed parts to create a tight fit that can still be adjusted. The PVC pipe can easily be cut to adjust the height to match the view and feel to the gameplay. On the pipe used for the flight stick, I heated it up with a heat gun and inserted the Oculus controller to mold it to the controller, and it fits great. The bases don't slide at all for me and it's nice to be able to adjust them each time to the headset orientation but they could be taped down or placed on that material that keeps rugs from sliding around. The bolt that attaches the throttle to the base is 5/16ths and 2.5 inches long. It is a work in progress only because I still want to figure out the optimal range of travel for the throttle base. Unfortunately, I have to wait until Warplanes: Battles over Pacific comes out.
