Originally created using the powerful 3ds Max 2011 software, this model is ideal for exterior visualization, real-time applications, and gaming use within the architecture, consulting, and education sectors. Units used: Meters The model's mesh boasts high-quality geometry with smooth edge flow. The geometry has been thoroughly tested to ensure there are no holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons.
