Human: This is a realistic, full-size 3D model of two office buildings with parking designed by an expert architect. Units used: Centimeters Originally created using 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This high-poly model can be used for multiple purposes including real-time visualization, gaming, Unity, UE4, and CGI exterior architecture. BUILDING 01 248,123 polygons 301,111 vertices 135 meters x 137.2 meters x 152 meters BUILDING 02 94,011 polygons 83,191 vertices 110 meters x 108.7 meters x 102.3 meters GEOMETRY The model's mesh features high-quality geometry with a smooth edge flow. Careful testing ensures the model is free of holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh has low-poly geometry that makes it easy to add additional details and edit the geometry. All similar objects (furniture, equipment) are instances that can be easily changed or replaced. Scene objects are organized by layers for ease of use. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered with 3.20 V-Ray. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt to test the geometry. VRayHDRI, maps, and VRayCamera come included in the product and are ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS This model includes both V-Ray and Standard materials.
