Office Building 3d model was created using ArchiCad 16. The model contains walls, slabs, columns and roofs as main construction elements. Textures and interior furniture are not included giving the user the freedom to customize the model as he sees fit. The file includes a obj. and a 3ds. object that can be used in any CAD based software or in 3d Studio Max for animations or exterior/ interior renderings and presentations. It also includes a separate 3d model of the structure (without walls) for more presentation options. The building is structurally and architecturally sound, and includes 11 stories, a ground floor, a green rooftop with a communications antenna, and 2 underground stories for parking. All the components of the 3d object are editable. The model includes the surrounding sidewalk.
