Office Partition Clip

In my office we have groups of 4 desks seperated with a fabric covered partition. A collegue of mine has these clips that have spikes in the back that go through the fabric as you can't use drawing pins (I assume under the fabric is MDF). This is my take on that clip. I have yet to print it so don't know if it will work. The official one was made of two parts which have a spring to keep the jaw closed. I replaced that on this on with some plastic that I hope has enough flex in to work, it may need to be made thinner, currently it is 2mm thick. -edit- Updated my apparently terrible typos! Update 1 This doesn't work, the plastic PLA is too brittle to act as a spring in this format. I am currently working on a replacment design that may work. Please DO NOT print this, it won't work :( Instructions You need one clip printed and a standard paperclip. Once the clip is printed, bend a paperclip around the support and cut outs. I'll get pictures up once I have it printed. Just waiting on my printer turning up! One of the pictures shows the original clip, which can be used as a guide.
